FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does it take to ship out my order?

• Orders take 2-4 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out. Shipping is the charge for pinkchiffonboutique.net order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipments go out M-F, we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
• We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States.
• We offer 1-2 day express shipping for $38.99, please not this is 1-2 day transit time not processing time. Our orders normally take 1-3 business days to process. If you need your order ASAP please email us! We would be happy to accommodate you!

How Do I Start A Return?

What do I do if an item is Out of Stock?

• We know how it feels to fall in love with a piece to find out it's sold out later! Don't stress; we have you covered! Please email us, and you will be the first to know when the item is back in stock!

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout! If you have questions regarding our items before placing your order or are having technical issues with ordering, please contact Customer Care at pinkchiffonbtq@outlook.com

 Do You Have a Size Chart?

• Since we are an online boutique. selling products from over 30 different vendors, it is difficult to provide an exact size chart for each item. Please refer to the description of each style for how it runs. (ex: True to size, oversized, for my taller babes for my smaller chested babes etc.)

Do You Have Gift Cards?

• Yes, we do :) Please look under New Collections, it will be at the bottom. And if you can't find it, click the magnifying glass to search "gift card".

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

• Of course we do, but please note you will be charged via invoice for the extra costs of shipping to a PO box. PO box shipping usually costs roughly $20.
• We will send you an invoice of the remaining shipping and handling costs & once it is paid in full we will ship out your package!
